At BELLARUCHI, we want your experience to be seamless from the moment you order to the moment your pieces arrive. All US orders are shipped via Australia Post International with full tracking and signature on delivery. All applicable duties and taxes are included in your product price and are prepaid using ZONOS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order value.

RETURNS
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) for either a refund, store credit, or an time exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned (unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) to BELLARUCHI within 14 days of receiving your item.
- We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
- The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned package.
- We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees.
