Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING 

All orders will be dispatched within 0-2 days of placing your order. Our warehouse is based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. During busy periods dispatch times can take longer than expected, but we will try to send them out as soon as possible. Please note that all orders received after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday, as the warehouse does on operate on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive notifications with tracking details. 
 
Domestic delivery:
We use Australia Post as our courier service, please see shipping times & pricing below. We offer free domestic shipping over $150.

International delivery:
International customers can purchase products from our online store in AUD$. All international orders will be sent with Australia Post. 
Please note* BELLARUCHI will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will lie with the customer. 

 

RETURNS 

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) for either a refund, store credit, or a one time exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned (unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) to BELLARUCHI within 14 days of receiving your item. 

  • We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
  • The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned package.
  • We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees.
